Meet the 2022 National Youth Parliament of Jamaica representative for the Cornwall County, St. Elizabeth North Eastern, Kevin Neil. Over the next few months, the Youth Members of Parliament will consult and liaise with their assigned constituency stakeholders and undertake various projects to aid youth development and enhance youth participation.
